John Johnston, President (john_johnston@mcgraw-hill.com)
John has held several positions with WAA including, Secretary, Vice President and is currently the Membership Chairman. John is Director of Flight Operations for The McGraw-Hill Companies here at White Plains. He has been in aviation for more than 30 years and has type ratings in 10 different aircraft. John also holds an ATP for both SEL and MEL aircraft; Flight instructor ASEL, AMEL and instruments. John has been part of the HPN aviation community since 2001, and has been very active with the WAA Career Fair planning community. He is also the Chairman of the Business Aviation Management Group (BAMG) here in HPN.
Milt Hobbs, Vice President
Milt is the Director of Flight Operations for JPMorganChase located at the HPN. He holds an ATP and CFII ratings and has been a professional pilot for 35 years. He holds a BS and MS from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. As well as his profession, Milt is also the proud owner of a 1964 S35 Bonanza as his favorite hobby

Len is the Treasurer of the Westchester Aviation Association.
He holds a commercial certificate with a instrument and multiengine
ratings. He is an aircraft owner. He was formerly a member
of the Airport Advisory Board for Westchester County.
Jill Silverman, Secretary (flyingshrnk@gmail.com)
Jill Silverman is a psychologist who lives in Yorktown Heights and has her practice in Greenwich. She is a private pilot and serves as the Squadron Commander of the CAP based at HPN. Jill received her pilot's certificate fairly recently in 2000 but she grew up around HPN and has been passionate about aviation since she was a kid. In addition to the CAP, among her many professional affiliations, Jill is also a member of AOPA, EAA, Women in Aviation, the Ninety Nines. Jill's passion for aviation and for working with young people will provide a great boost to WAA and our programs at HPN.
Jeff Lee (jeffrey.wm.lee@gmail.com)
Jeff is the former President of Westchester Aviation Association.
Jeff holds an Airline Transport Pilot multiengine rating as
well as a Commercial/Instrument helicopter rating. He flew
in the Air Force and is now Director of Flight Operations
for American Express. He was former Chairman and Treasurer of NBAA. Jeff
has been flying for 30 years.
Bill Weaver (wweaver@millionair.com)
President,
Westair. Bill has been a fixture at HPN and Westair for 33
years. Bill is a commercial pilot, has been very active
in the Career Fair initiative and served on the working group
to help the County develop and implement the ISO 14001 certified
Airport Environmental Management System. Bill lives in Armonk
and has committed his considerable talents towards making
this aviation community stronger.
Eugene Condreras (gcondreras@flypfs.com)
President, Panorama Flight Service, Inc. Many of you know
Gene from his long tenure at Panorama working his way up to
the position of President. Gene has long been involved in
airport and community issues and is a welcome addition to
the Board. Under his leadership, Panorama Flight Service received
top 34, 20 & 36 national rankings in the 2005, 2006 and
2007 Pro Pilot Magazine PRASE FBO Surveys (and 5th best US
Independent FBO 2006 & 2007). Additionally, Gene serves
as an FBO Advisor representing over 60 FBO’s across
the US to the Board of Directors of the Corporate Aircraft
Association.
Henry B. Grudberg (hankflys50@optonline.net)
Hank holds a commercial certificate with instrument rating
including helicopter category. He is an aircraft owner and
has been flying for over 40 years accumulating over 5,800
hours. Early in his career he founded New Jersey Helicopter
Airways and pioneered the use of charter helicopter service
in the New York metropolitan area. He is the former President
of the Westchester Flying Club and current President of Westchester
EAA Chapter 1081. He is also a founding member of the New
York State Aerospace Educational Council. He is a graduate
aeronautical engineer and was awarded the AIAA Flight Test
Engineering Fellowship at Princeton University.
Lee G. Kraus Jr. (lkraus6980@charter.net)
Lee is the Director of Aviation for the U.S.T. Corporate flight
department based at the Westchester Airport. He holds an ATP
Multiengine certificate with seven type ratings and is a Certified
Flight Instructor for ASEL, AMEL and instruments. He has thirty
years of flight experience, with the last 21 at HPN.
Marietta French (mfrench@ejmjets.com)
Vice President and General Manager, Executive Jet Management. Marietta has worked for NetJets, Inc. since 2001and has held her current position at HPN for almost 7 years. She previously worked with NetJets in Columbus, Ohio as Director of Owner Services and prior to that she worked 18 years with the United Technologies Corporate Flight Department. Marietta is an active supporter of the WAA Career Fair at Westchester County Airport.
Rocco Cipriano (rocco@aviationmarketing.aero)
President of Aviation Marketing Consulting. A strategic marketing firm with a focus on aviation. A private pilot, Rocco combines his love for aviation and his marketing expertise to provide marketing services to the aviation industry, as well as other industries throughout the Northeast. He is a member of the Civil Air Patrol and serves on other business and community organizations within Westchester. He recently published a book titled: Branding Insights for Small Business. A primer for creating an effective branding strategy for a small business.
Scott Jordan (Scott.Jordan@xerox.com)
Scott is a Captain for the Xerox aviation department based at HPN. Scott started flying in 1973, paying for lessons with money earned from a paper route and other jobs and earned his Private Pilot certificate two days before high school graduation. Most of Scott's free time is devoted to activities revolving around the Experimental Aircraft Association. He has served two terms as President of the Danbury, CT. chapter. Scott completed and flies a Vans RV-8 which he uses in support of the EAA Young Eagles program.
Scott has been a WAA member since 2007, representing Xerox as well as other operators at the WAA / ATC working group. His continuing involvement in the aviation community resulted in his election to the Dutchess County Airport Advisory Committee in 2008. Scott believes that a strong business base in the Westchester area demands a viable airport and an airport needs a prosperous community to survive. This can only be done with the cooperation of county government, the airport neighbors, the airport businesses, and the airport users. With his varied aviation background, he hopes to help create an environment at HPN for this mutual collaboration.
Dan Fennessy (fennessy@optonline.net)
Dan has been involved in WAA functions over the last few years. He believes the WAA provides a valuable service to the airport community and the community in general thru its role as airport advocates; programs such as the Career Fair; and the working groups that provide a liaison with ATC, TSA, and the FAA
Dan has spent 23 years involved in corporate aviation since his first soloed in 1977, and has spent the last 18 years as a pilot with companies based at Waterbury-Oxford Airport. Each of these companies chose HPN as the primary airport for their passenger enplanements, which has meant his flying career has been closely linked to the Westchester airport for many years. Dan currently fly both helicopter and fixed wing jet aircraft into HPN on a weekly basis. In addition, he owns a Baron which is based at HPN.
